It can be helpful to have space to talk about how to gradually find a way of carrying your connection with what or who you have lost while continuing on with your life.Dr Jen, the Psychology Haven
Grief isn’t always about the death of someone.
We can also experience grief following the end of a relationship, a significant change in our health, loss of a job, a change in circumstances, or the loss of something that was important to us.
It is usual to feel a mixture of emotions and distress after a loss or bereavement, and there is no ‘right’ way to grieve. If these feelings persist or begin to worry you, it can be helpful to have space to talk about how to gradually find a way of carrying your connection with what or who you have lost while continuing on with your life.
