Depression and low mood

It could be time to reach out for more support to get you through a very difficult period in your life.

Often people describe low mood like walking through treacle, feeling trapped, or that the future is bleak.

You may notice a loss of interest or enjoyment in things you would normally value, reduced motivation or energy, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, or a sense of hopelessness about the future.

We can all experience times in our lives when we feel low or lack motivation, however when low mood starts to impact our ability to get out, get to work, or starts to affect our relationships with our loved ones, it could be time to reach out for more support to get you through a very difficult period in your life.
